About Nicki

I’m often asked how long I’ve been in real estate, and my answer is always the same: all my life.

My very first “appointment” was as a newborn in a carrier, and by age three, I was the only kid with a toy fax machine. By eight, I had my own business cards. Real estate runs deep in my family. My grandfather, Nick Ostryhon, started it all, my mom, Kate Ostryhon-Lumsden, carried it forward, and I’m proud to be the third generation continuing that tradition.

Licensed since 2012, I’ve built my career on both experience and heart. While I’ve been honoured with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and the OREA YPN Leadership Award, what matters most to me is helping people feel informed, supported, and confident in their next step. Whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, or searching for the right fit, I bring a calm, thoughtful approach backed by experience, strategy, and a deep commitment to my clients.

As a yoga teacher, I also bring presence, steadiness, and care into my work. Real estate can feel emotional and overwhelming at times, and I aim to be a knowledgeable guide who listens deeply, communicates clearly, and helps you move forward with confidence.

I grew up in Wainfleet and returned to Niagara with a renewed appreciation for small-town life and strong community connection. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me teaching yoga, practicing breathwork, travelling, or spending time with my family, Mike and Sloane. My mom, who is also my business partner, and I are proud to carry on our family tradition and help people find their way home.
